If, like us, you are a bit geeky & love your data, then the Reports tool is for you. Here you can export your sales data in a simplified & customised format. Think of it as your pivot table in the sky, where you can slice & interrogate your revenue data.
To create a new report, go to your Reports index page & hit the +Create button at the top right of the screen. You will be able to give the report a name for your reference & select a dataset to specify if you want to export your Sales or your Costs.
With the Filters you can drill down into which specific sales you will export. If you are looking for the above data, but only for Download revenue, you can simply add Download as a filter on Configurations. Or looking for Download revenue but only in the United States? Simply add Download revenue as a filter on Configurations & the United States as a filter on Territories. Again, you can add as many filters or combinations of filters as you like. In the below example, we are creating one filter for Download income only. If we wanted more filters, we could add them using the +And button. It's also possible to create an Or filter with the +Or button.
Hit the export button & a report will be sent to you via email shortly. The file is in a CSV format & can be opened using Microsoft Excel, Numbers for Mac or Google Sheets. Each field you selected in your Report setup is now represented as a column in the Report & the data included is specific to your filtered dataset.
